FAQs

L.O.V.E. is very similar to regular Internet, but more. Once you connect to L.O.V.E. Wi-Fi, you can go online and browse as you currently do. The difference between L.O.V.E. and the regular Internet is that L.O.V.E. Wi-Fi is a PRIVATE 1st Nations global (closed) Wi-Fi network, not to be confused with an Internet Service Provider. L.O.V.E. Wi-Fi is technically an “Intranet”, not an Internet.

Unlike most radiating (ionizing) technologies linked to the Internet like 5G, the L.O.V.E. global Wi-Fi networks share a super-clean frequency signal. We do not use 5G for the signal. Besides the satellite signal, and when available, our pods can utilize 4G LTE networks for fast, premium data delivery.

YES. It is for one year. You may cancel your 1-year service contract any time before your year ends, a cancellation fee may be applied by the service provider since they block out capability for your Pod for one year upon activation. Login to your customer portal activation, created at activation, to cancel.

The IMEI No. is printed inside your Pod, although it is very small.  We have included your IMEI No. in the instructional letter that came in the packaging with your order.  Your IMEI No. is needed to activate your Pods monthly service.

No, it shows up as a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.  Just choose the L.O.V.E. network, enter the password, and your connected.

Laptops can connect directly, like an ethernet, to the USB port.  Otherwise, it is a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.  Once you have powered up your Pod by plugging it in to a USB port (car, wall, portable battery, or powered on laptop), just look for the connecting “AxFi” network, join the network, and put in the password.  You’re connected if the light on the Pod has turned from green, to blue.

This is normal as our network may switch to a private Intranet mode (satellite). Even with this message try going online, in most cases you can still surf and use the web.  If you find a location that doesn’t work, please let us know.  If not working, make sure to see if the light on your Pod is blue, if not, it is not connected.  Unplug the USB-C cable from the inside, wait a minute for the system to reboot, plug back in, and try agin.
