WARRANTY POLICY:
There is a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for any L.O.V.E. Satellite Pod that stops working as a result of a manufacturing malfunction. If you need to return a Pod please follow these steps:
- Email info@visstel.com, with the subject line: Warranty.
- In the body of the email please explain what is not working with your Pod, and include the IMEI number found on the inside of the Pod.
- You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions as a reply to your email, you will need to physically mail the Pod to the address provided. *Please use standard mail (USPS) and obtain a tracking number, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once received and inspected, a new Pod will be mailed to you.
REFUND POLICY:
You may request a refund for any L.O.V.E. Satellite Pod within 60 days of your purchase. If you wish a refund for your Pod, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@visstel.com, with the subject line: Refund.
- Please include your reason for the refund, and your order number found on your transaction receipt.
- You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions as a reply to your email.
- Package and return the Pod to the address provided, along with a copy of your transaction receipt. *Please use standard mail (USPS) and obtain a tracking number, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you through the original method of payment used for your purchase.
