WARRANTY POLICY:

There is a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for any L.O.V.E. Satellite Pod that stops working as a result of a manufacturing malfunction.  If you need to return a Pod please follow these steps:

1. Email info@visstel.com, with the subject line: Warranty. 
2. In the body of the email please explain what is not working with your Pod, and include the IMEI number found on the inside of the Pod.
3. You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions as a reply to your email, you will need to physically mail the Pod to the address provided. *Please use standard mail (USPS) and obtain a tracking number, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Once received and inspected, a new Pod will be mailed to you.

REFUND POLICY:

You may request a refund for any L.O.V.E. Satellite Pod within 60 days of your purchase.  If you wish a refund for your Pod, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@visstel.com, with the subject line: Refund. 
2. Please include your reason for the refund, and your order number found on your transaction receipt.
3. You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions as a reply to your email.
4. Package and return the Pod to the address provided, along with a copy of your transaction receipt. *Please use standard mail (USPS) and obtain a tracking number, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you through the original method of payment used for your purchase.
